About Stable Base

Hello.  I'm Fiona, owner of Stable Base Psychotherapy and Counselling. I offer one to one sessions, workplace and employee support and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy to Adults in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

I work in an integrative way, meaning I can tailor the way we work, so that it suits you as an individual and what you are trying to achieve.  

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling – University of Leeds

• Level 5 Certificate in Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy - the LEAP model

• Level 3 Certificate in Counselling – Leeds City College

I have experience working for branches of MIND and Hospices in North Yorkshire. 

I enjoy continuing professional and personal development and I attend CPD and other training as well as Mindfulness courses throughout the year.
